Your Centenarian Decathlon

With your Centenarian Decathlon goals defined, you’ll collaborate with your exercise specialist to identify the key physical qualities to develop over the coming years to achieve them. Each goal involves multiple variables—qualitative (e.g., movement quality) and quantitative (e.g., strength, VO2 max)—that require improvement.

Your in-person assessment results, along with periodic retesting, will guide us in back-casting to set your immediate training metrics. For some, programming will prioritize movement strategy and quality; for others, quantitative metrics like global strength, VO2 max, or aerobic efficiency will take precedence. Most individuals will benefit from a balanced focus on both.
